You’ve been trying to make it work.
You adjust, give more, pull back… and still, it's not enough.
The distance grows. The conversations stall. And you’re left wondering what you’re missing.
You’re not failing, you’re off course.
I help men understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface
so they can move forward with clarity and direction.
If this sounds like you, let’s talk.
A place for men to speak honestly, be challenged with compassion, and grow alongside other men who are committed to living with greater integrity, emotional courage, and connection. You don’t have to keep carrying everything alone.
The Path is an 18-week group for men who want to live with greater integrity—not perfection, but a life in which who you are, what you believe, and how you live begin to come into alignment. Guided by the 16 virtues in The Path of Integrity, we’ll explore the places where men often lose themselves: relationships, work, anger, shame, conflict, purpose, and the pressure to hold everything together. This is a place to speak honestly, be challenged with compassion, and practice showing up with greater courage, emotional strength, and connection. You don’t have to walk the path alone.
People come to therapy for many different reasons, but often there is a common thread: something feels off, and what you've been doing to manage it is no longer working.
You may be struggling with:
Understanding what integrity means—and where your life may be out of alignment
Identifying the patterns that keep you stuck, disconnected, or hiding
Learning to recognize and express what you feel, need, and want
Developing the courage to have honest, difficult conversations
Setting clear boundaries without guilt, anger, or withdrawal
Taking responsibility without collapsing into shame
Working with anger, resentment, fear, and emotional reactivity
Letting go of people-pleasing and the need for approval
Becoming more present and connected in your relationships
Facing conflict without avoiding, controlling, or shutting down
Clarifying your values, purpose, and the man you want to become
Building meaningful friendships with other men
Practicing courage, humility, compassion, and self-respect
Repairing the places where your actions have not matched your values
Learning to trust yourself and make decisions with greater clarity
Creating a personal path for continuing the work after the group ends
This group offers a place to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and begin responding with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-respect.
