I work with people facing questions around life transitions, identity, relationships, spiritual meaning, marital crisis, separation, and divorce.
My work helps people understand themselves more clearly so they can respond with greater maturity, steadiness, and clarityrather than react from fear, pain, or overwhelm.
Therapy for men in the State of Oregon navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship difficulities and the pressures of modern life.
People come to therapy for many different reasons, but often there is a common thread: something feels off, and what you’ve been doing to manage it is no longer working.
You may be struggling with:
Anxiety, stress, or chronic overwhelm
Feeling emotionally stuck, disconnected, or shut down
Relationship conflict or recurring communication breakdowns
Marital crisis, separation, or divorce
Life transitions or a growing sense of uncertainty
Grief, loss, or unresolved pain
People-pleasing, resentment, or difficulty setting boundaries
Low self-worth, shame, or persistent self-doubt
Spiritual questions, loss of meaning, or feeling untethered
Men’s issues, emotional intimacy, and relational patterns
Burnout, pressure, or feeling like you have to hold everything together
Therapy offers a place to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and begin responding with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-respect.

Yes, I take insurance. I am an in-network provider with Moda, Blue Cross, and PacificSource Health Plans.
If your insurance is not listed above, you may still be able to receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. I'm happy to provide you with the supporting documentation needed to submit a claim to your insurance carrier. In these cases, payment in full is required at the time of the session.
While many clients use insurance to pay for therapy, others prefer to pay out of pocket.

Yes! Some companies provide an HSA or FSA debit card for their employees that can be used to pay for non-covered expenses. If you don't have a card but have another type of health savings or flexible spending account, I'm happy to provide an invoice you can submit for reimbursement.
I see clients exclusively online. This gives me the flexibility to work with individual from all over the state, while offering you the convenience and privacy of meeting from your own space.
My primary focus is working with individuals, but in certain cases I may meet with a partner or as a couple to support a client's growth and process. If you're looking specifically for ongoing couples therapy, I'll usually recommend you connect with a dedicated marriage and family therapist while I continue to support you individually.
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development. Over the past 15 years, I've spent more than 20,000 clinical hours supporting individuals through challenges with relationships, anxiety, addiction, and identity.
I use a model I’ve developed called Masculine Embodied Neuropsychology (M.E.N.). This approach recognizes that the brain is a “drug-seeking machine,” always looking for the neurochemical rewards that come when our core needs are met. Instead of simply managing symptoms, we look at how thoughts, behaviors, and relationships shape the nervous system and the neuropeptides that drive our emotional states. Masculine Embodied Neuropsychology combines neuroscience, psychology, and embodiment practices to help men break free from old patterns, regulate their emotions, and create meaningful connection.

Please note that appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed cancelation fee $100 rate. Insurance does not cover no-shows or late cancellations.
This policy helps ensure availability for all clients and allows me to offer consistent, focused care.
